Welcome! I’m so glad you found your way here. I’m a first-gen licensed therapist with 20 years’ experience helping brave individuals move through and heal from trauma and painful relationship dynamics. Within that trauma space, I have particular expertise in sexual trauma, emotional and physical abuse, spiritual trauma, and gun violence.

To support you in your healing, I’ve authored two books: Gaslighting: A Step-by-Step Recovery Guide to Heal from Emotional Abuse and Build Healthy Relationships, and Trauma Recovery Workbook for Teens. I’m so grateful to those of you who have let me speak to you through these books and for the hundreds of you who have taken a moment to write a note through a review, email, or letter. You are my reason!

If you are new to me, please take some time to browse through my writings and recordings, leave me a note through the contact form, follow my socials, and subscribe to my email list for free goodies and updates on my next book release! Thank you for your interest. May you be filled with peace and hope today!

Gaslighting: A Step-by-Step Recovery Guide

Gaslighting is a targeted form of manipulation, deception, and control that makes you doubt your own perceptions and memories. Whether you’ve experienced gaslighting or emotional abuse from someone in your life—or you think you might have—Gaslighting: A Step-By-Step Recovery Guide gives you the tools to recognize it and the steps to begin healing.

Trauma Recovery Workbook for Teens

We are greater than the trauma and pain we may experience in our life. This workbook illuminates how healing is possible, explores what trauma is, and shows teens how they can embrace their emotions while developing resiliency. Help teens find a renewed sense of hope as they learn how to work through their trauma and improve their mental health.
